| Individual | We are available to provide emergency counseling care for missionaries, their mates and children. | |
| Family Issues | Family issues can surface that threaten the survival of the family. | |
| Inter-personal | We recognize that interpersonal problems can arise which threatens team solidarity, productivity and survival. | |
| National/Expatriate | Conflicts between National church staff leaders and expatriate staff can destroy years of good relationships. | |
| When these and other emergency issues surface, we give them priority over other non-emergency missionary care. | ||
